                ZYMR DURING PANDEMIC AND THE NEW NORMAL

                We consider human capital as our greatest asset. We’re incredibly proud to have announced a flexible work-from-home policy way before the nationwide lockdown scenario arrived in action. We consider every employee of ours a significant part of this big Zymr Family and sustaining our commitment towards them during such a difficult time, we followed a no-layoff policy.

                Our teams smoothly transitioned with zero-latency and continued the same work schedule routine, scrum meetings, happy hours, and festive celebrations without any hindrance by staying connected virtually. We continued dedicatedly working for the existing clients to ensure that their work doesn’t arrive at a temporary halt, bagged new projects, and inaugurated a new branch in Bengaluru that only proves that no pandemic can hold us back from achieving our milestones.

                Now as the world is slowly moving to embrace the new normal culture and transcend into the new workplace reality, we have started our offices in a staggered manner making our employees’ hygiene and safety a top-most priority while ensuring a seamless continuation of our innovation and productivity for the whole Zymr ecosystem.
